Dublin Short Sale Townhome Sold | Bank of America and Greentree Banks
Dublin Short Sale Townhome Sold in the Woodlands Community By East Bay Short Sale Group
Another Dublin short sale sold by East Bay Short Sales Group with no cost to the seller! This Dublin short sale was a townhome located in the highly desirable “Woodlands” community of Dublin. The townhome was built in 1989 and included two master bedrooms, decorative updates throughout and new front deck.
The seller of this Dublin Townhome short sale had two loans on the property. The first was with Bank of America and the second was with Green Tree. The Seller had a verifiable hardship and needed to sell the property. Once we were contacted by the seller of this Dublin short sale, our experienced team at East Bay Short Sale Group handled everything. We listed the property for sale and gathered all of the seller’s financials, hardship letter, and lender required forms. The completed short sale package was submitted to the short sale departments at Bank of America and Green Tree. The Seller did not have to deal with the lenders at all! East Bay Short Sale Group was able to get both lenders to approve the terms of the short sale and sell this townhome before the property went into foreclosure! A win-win for everybody and as you can imagine, a huge relief for the seller.

7497 Oxford Circle, Dublin
Short Sale in Dublin sold by East Bay Short Sales Group! This Dublin short sale was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in the very popular “Woodlands” community. This unit was in a great location facing a park-like outside area and the price was unbeatable! Build in 1990, this townhome was decked out with wood floors, walk in closet, gas fireplace and tasteful window coverings.
The owner of this short sale in Dublin contacted us at East Bay Short Sale Group to discuss if he was a candidate for a short sale, and he was since he had a verifiable hardship! We listed the townhouse in Dublin and initiated the short sale with the homeowner’s lender, Citi Mortgage. The initiation process involved contacting the lender for required documentation, collecting financial information from the homeowner along with a hardship letter, and submitting short sale package to the lender. East Bay Short Sale Group handles this process so the homeowner does not have to deal with the lender!
An offer was accepted on this property in January and East Bay Short Sale Group was able to get the lender to approve the short sale and close before the foreclosure sale date of 4/18! Credit goes to our experienced short sale team for being able to close a short sale just 3 months after an offer was received! Needless the say, the seller was thrilled to be relieved of this burden!
