San Ramon short sale homes have been on the rise, providing some great deals for patient homebuyers who are willing to wait out the approval process. Most homeowners are looking for a deal when it comes to buying a San Ramon short sale, and here are some stats on what we have been seeing in this market.
 
There are currently 35 active San Ramon short sale listings, ranging in list price from $240,000-$1,550,000, and ranging in days on market from 3 days to 276 days. These listings span many communities in San Ramon including Norris Canyon Estates, Twin Creeks, Bollinger Hills, Windemere, Gale Ranch, and the Bridges.
There are currently 167 San Ramon short sale homes pending, ranging in list price from $97,000-$1,599,999.
According to year to date statistics, there have been 214 San Ramon short sale homes sold in 2011, ranging from $109,900-$3,500,000. Days on market for homes sold in 2011 range from 0-556.
