Hi, everybody, Scott Fuller with East Bay Short Sale Group. We are your Pleasant Hill short sale specialists. Just got some information in for housing statistics for September, 2012. I wanted to share those with you. In September, 2012, there were 26 active listings, 21 pending listings, and 24 properties closed in September, 2012. Also, for year-to-date closings in Pleasant Hill, 257 properties have closed escrow since January 1st, 2012. Also, average sales price in Pleasant Hill year-to-date for 2012, the average sales price was $454,000. Year-to-date for 2011, a year earlier was $433,000. So, the year over year average sales price has increased by 4.6%. That’s great. We’re seeing that housing prices are continually, gradually going up, which is good news for the housing market. Not a lot of houses out there for sale, but there certainly are a lot of buyers out there.
