In Pacheco, there are three active listings as of September, 2012, three pending listings, and three listings that closed in September. Year- to-date, 2012, there are actually 16 listings that closed in Pacheco. As far as the median home price, the median home price, the year-to-date for this year, 2012, is $277,000. Year-to-date for 2011 is actually $266,000. So that’s an improvement. We’ve seen a 3.9% increase in prices in Pacheco. So that’s good news for a lot of homeowners, good news that the economy is showing signs that it’s rebounding a little bit.
