We got multiple offers within just a couple of days and the short sale on this, there was a first with IndyMac and a second with Chase. Both are notorious for being difficult lenders to deal with. We were able to get this property closed, get the seller out with nothing due from the seller. The lenders paid our real estate commissions, paid all the seller closing costs.
