We got some statistics in from the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. For some recent housing data for Orinda, this was for September, 2012, there were 29 active listings in Orinda. There were 21 pending listings in Orinda. And then in September, 2012, 24 homes actually closed escrow.Year- to-date for 2012, there were 171 properties that closed. And average sales price in Orinda, this year, year-to-date, for 2012, average sales price is $1,083,000. Last year, it was $1,017,000. So we’ve actually seen a pretty good increase, even on the upper end of homes in Orinda, an increase of 6.1% in property values.
