We just got some housing statistics in for September, 2012, wanted to run those by you real quickly here. For September, 2012, there were 39 active listings in Martinez, there were 45 pending listings, and 39 listings that had actually closed in September of 2012. Year-to-date closings 353, so 353 homes sold in 2012 in Martinez. As far as average sales price, the average sales price this year in Martinez year-to-date is $337,000. Last year it was $321,000, so obviously there’s been an increase. From year-over-year 2011 to 2012 there was an increase of 4.7%. Pretty impressive seeing as how there’s not a lot of inventory on the market, a high demand and we certainly seem to be coming out of some of the housing issues that we’ve had over the last quite a few years.
