Emeryville Short Sale Successfully Closed

6400 Christie Avenue, Emeryville

Emeryville short sale successfully closed! East Bay Short Sale Group has done it again! We listed this short sale in the Bridgewater community in  Emeryville for sale in June 2012, it went pending this same month and closed escrow just 3 months later in September. East Bay Short Sale Group has proven time and time again, that short sales don’t have to take a year if you have the right team.

Our team of short sale professionals approach every short sale with the same high level of commitment and dedication. We work with our sellers to get all of the required documents from the lender completed and submitted. It is our experience that most sellers do not want to handle the communication with their lender and that is ok – we are happy to manage all aspects of the short sale.

A comprehensive marketing plan is rolled out for every one of our listings to maximize the property’s exposure to potential buyers.

If you would like to know more about how we market properties, the short sale process or how our team works, please give us a call. East Bay Short Sale Group will answer any questions you may have and can even help you to determine if a short sale is right for you and your situation.

If you are interested in any of our properties please contact us at East Bay Short Sale Group to arrange for an appointment. If you already have an agent you are working with ask them to arrange for a showing. Otherwise if you are a seller in Emeryville or other areas of Alameda or Contra Costa County please contact us for a free consultation to learn more about how the short sale process works and how we can make your short sale closing a success! Thanks for taking the time to read about this Emeryville short sale!

Hi, everybody, Scott Fuller from East Bay Short Sale Group. I just wanted to let you know of another closing we had this week, another short sale closing we had at 6400 Christie Avenue in Emeryville. That’s located in the Bridgewater Homeowners Association. That’s a very nice, large community right off Interstate 80 and 580. We sold that property for $200,000. The seller had two lenders. The first was a Bank of America line of credit, the second with Bank of America. We were able to get the property in escrow within just a a few days with multiple offers. It took about 60 days until it closed, including with the buyer’s financing on the end.  We service all of Alameda and Contra Costa County.

If you’ve thought about selling your home, you’re under water, you’re in a short sale position, please contact us, EastBayShortSaleGroup.com. In many cases, we can get homeowners a cash relocation assistance to get them some money in their pocket even after the short sale has been approved. So, let us know how we can help, EastBayShortSaleGroup.com.
