Really nice unit located in the Villages, right off of Village Parkway and Amador Valley, so right in that area of Dublin.

Basically, had this property on the market, got it in contract in very quick period of time. We were able to get the buyer in at $210,000.00 which, for this unit, this area, is a very low price. We were able to negotiate that down. The seller had a first with Wells Fargo; so, it was a short sale Wells Fargo and then a second with Green Tree Mortgage.
