This is from the Contra Costa Association of Realtors for September, 2012. Diable had two active listings in September, two pending listings in September and actually had closed one listing in September. Year-to-date closings in Diablo is ten. The average sales price for Diablo last year year-to-date for 2011 was $1.461 million. This year for year-to-date 2012 is $1.576 million so the average sales price in Diablo actually increased by 7.2%. Pretty impressive seeing as how most of the upper end markets are actually still continuing to decrease a little bit as the lower end markets continue to increase. So Diablo is certainly holding strong as far as the average sales price is concerned.
