Hi everybody, Scott Fuller with East Bay Short Sale Group. We are your Concord, California, short sale realtors. Appreciate you taking the time to view this video today. Wanted to talk a little bit about some of the financial incentives that Wachovia, people who have Wachovia as their servicer, can expect.
Now, obviously there’s a distinction because a lot of people who have had Wachovia as their servicer originally had World Savings or maybe they had Wachovia to start off with. Those loans ended up going to be serviced by Wells Fargo. But they still service them a little bit differently when it comes down to processing the short sale. If you had a World Savings or a Wachovia loan, you can expect to receive anywhere between $2,500 and $10,000 at close of escrow. And Wachovia takes a little bit longer than they used to, to process these short sales but we do get them through.
If you have any questions on how that works, contact us at EasyBayShortSaleGroup.com. Again, we’re your Concord, California, short sale realtors. We’re here to help. We’ve closed a lot of short sales, and we can help get you some information to get you started on the right path. Hope you have a great day.
