This was actually an FHA owned loan, which usually takes a little bit longer, but we were able to get this short sale to go through in about four months.
This short sale worked out great for the both buyer and seller. The seller was able to get $750 in relocation assistance from FHA, and the buyer got a great home at a great price. So all in all, a great situation for this Bay Point short sale that we took care of.
