We were able to get the second to settle on their debt at less than $.50 on the dollar, get the buyer to pay a portion of that, and have the rest of it come from the first. So we were able to get full short sale approval with the first and the second lender without any contribution from the seller, and get the seller able to get moved. Citi mortgage takes longer to process short sales than many other lenders, but we were able to get them to approve the short sale for the seller.
